Zoe Crane

 

Zoe is an emerging actor and filmmaker who recently graduated from Toi Whakaari: NZ Drama School

In her final year of high school, Zoe was awarded NZQA Top Scholar in New Zealand for Drama. The same year she directed a full-length production of Shakespeare's The Tempest, and now works as a drama tutor, including at the Wellington College Shakespeare Festival.

Zoe starred in the short film A Girl Called Elvis which was selected at multiple international film festivals, and won the Audience Award and Best Short at the London International Film Festival. She last year released her vlog series Jessie & Mia on YouTube, which she wrote/directed/edited AND starred in, and in early 2026 completed filming on her first television series, Secrets at Red Rocks.

Zoe is a co-convenor of the Equity Youth Committee.
