Siobhan Marshall

 

One of Aotearoa’s best known actors, Siobhan Marshall appeared in Shortland Street before landing her breakout role of Pascalle in the hugely successful TV series Outrageous Fortune. Across six seasons Siobhan garnered one Best Actress nomination as well as three nods for Best Supporting Actress. Her most recent TV role saw her sharing the screen with NZ acting royalty Lucy Lawless and Martin Henderson in My Life is Murder.

Siobhan is also a writer, add has worked on a number of series including The Lonely Hearts Motel and Darryl: A Beach to Snow Story; and Slow Pete, which Siobhan wrote and produced for TVNZ on Demand was based on her own IVF journey.

In 2021, she wrote and directed her first short film, Manny and Quinn. This film was a finalist at the NZ International Film Festival, and an official selection at LA Shorts, Show Me Shorts, The Newport Beach Film Festival and The Austin Film Festival. She has written and directed many others since, and currently has a feature film script in development.
