Jesse is perhaps best known to New Zealand audiences for his award-winning comedy creation Wilson Dixon, the deadpan American country musician who became a familiar face through appearances on 7 Days, the NZ International Comedy Festival, and multiple national tours.

A highly experienced creative with a deep understanding of comedic timing, performance and story, Jesse is the co-creator and director of NZ comedy series Educators, which has received multiple award nominations and international recognition at the New York Festivals TV & Film Awards.
